Following an outing with our kids, my friend and fellow documentary photographer Melanie Mathieu and I couldn't help but share the photos with captured that day. It started a discussion about perspective; how even with similar equipment and skill sets, no two people can experience and capture a moment the exact same way.

From this our joint project was born. For 12 weeks, we will share our favourite summertime image of the week in hopes to inspire others to document their summer and to freeze time if only for an instant.
